RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT FIXING DIRECTORS COM- PENSATION FOR ATTENDANCE AT BOARD MEETINGS.
WHEREAS, Section 20-9 of Municipal Water District Act of 1911, has
been amended to provide that the compensation for members of board of directors
for attendance at meetings of the board shall be fixed from time to time by the
board of directors; and
WmREAS, the Board of Directors desire to fix the compensation of
members of board of directors for attendance at meetings of the board.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:
1. The compensation for members of Board of Directors of Carlsbad
Municipal Water District for attendance at board meetings is hereby fixed at
Thirty Dollars ( $30. 00) for each attendance at the meetings of the board.
2. No director, however, shall receive pay for more than two meetings
in any calendar month.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED this 24th day of November, 1959. -7A
