RESOLUTION NO. 117
RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT APPROVING AND AGREEING
TO ABIDE BY THE CALIFORNIA CIVIL DEFENSE MASTER
MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, EARL WARREN, Governor of the State of California,
on the 15th day of November, 1950, executed the California Disaster and Civil
Defense Master Mutual Aid Agreement on behalf of the State of California and all
its Departments and Agencies;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY DETERMINE AND RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Board of Directors does by this resolution hereby approve
and agree to abide by said California Civil Defense Master Mutual Aid Agreemen
and the Clerk of this Board is hereby authorized to send TWO certified copies
of this resolution to the State Disaster Council for filing with said State Disaster
Council .
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 13th day of August, 1960.
