RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
ING DRAFT OF OFFICIAL STATEMENT. CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT APPROV-
The Board of Directors of Carlsbad Municipal
Water District does hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER
as follows:
Section 1. A draft of an official statement
respecting the Carlsbad Municipal Water District -
Improvement District No. 3, Election 1960, Series 1
Bonds, having been presented to the Board of Directors
is hereby approved.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APRROVED this 21st. day of
February , 1961.
