RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT APPROVING THE OFFICIAL STATEMENT.
The Board of Directors of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT of San Diego County, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That the Official Statement to be
sent to prospective bidder for the sale of $425,000 bonds
designated "ELECTION 1957, SERIES 2," having been presented
to this Board of Directors, is hereby approved in substantially
