RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT APPROVING THE OFFICIAL STATEMENT.
. The Board of Directors of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT of San Diego County, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That the Official Statement to be sent to prospective
bidder for the sale of $690, 000 bonds designated "Irnprovernent District
No. 4, Waterworks Bonds, Election 1961" having been presented to this
Board of Directors, is hereby approved in substantially the form presented.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 7th day of November,
19 61.
