A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT
IN ITS NAME OF A DEPOSIT ACCOUNT WITH THE BANK OF AMERICA,
NATIONAL TRUST AND SAVINGS ASSOCIATION, TO BE DESIGNATED
AS THE "HEADQUARTERS CONSTRUCTION FUND ACCOUNT".
WHEREAS, the District is about to comence construction of its
new office building and warehouse; and
WHEREAS, funds have become available from the Bank of America,
and funds will become available from Housing and Home Finance Agency
under its Project No. APW-26-California; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to establish a separate bank account
for the administration and application of such funds to the construction
pro j ect;
NOW, THEREFORE, The Board of Directors of Carlsbad Municipal
Water District DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
A bank account be opened at the Bank of America, Oceanside
Branch, Oceanside, California, in the name of the Carlsbad
Municipal Water District, said account to be designated as
the "Headquarters Construction Fund Account".
All funds relating to the construction of said project shall
be first placed in said account before disbursement.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of June, 1963.
