A RESOLUTION OF BOARD QF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT ACCEPTING
TEE RESIGNATION OF MAC CARNOHAN AS TRE DISTRICT REPRESENTATIVE TO TEIE SAN DIEGO
COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY AND APPOINTING ALLAN 0. KELLY IN HIS PLACE.
WHEREAS, MAC CAR" has heretofore represented the Carlsbad Municipal
Water District before the San Diego County Water Authority; and
WHEREAS, said MAC CARNOHAN has tendered his resignation from such
position to the Carlsbad Municipal Water District; and
WHEREAS, ALLAN 0. KELLY, a member of the Board of Directors has
consented to take Mr. Carnohan's place.
NW, TEIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:
1. The resignation of MAC CAR" as the representative of the
Carlsbad Municipal Water District to the San Diego County Water Authority is
hereby accepted and he is relieved from that position.
2. ALLAN 0. KELLY is hereby appointed to act as the representative
of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District to the San Diego County Water Authority.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED THIS 15th day of October, 1963.
