DISTRICT TO SELL THE REAL PROmRTY NO LOWGER WEPDRD FOR THE
O-PERAT'lOn' OF THE DTST9TCT FOR THE: RIGREST ACCEPTABLF, BID.
WIEREAS, the Mstrict has purchased and has constructed
a new office building and warehouse,
WHEREAS, the present office building and the real
property upon which it is aftuated is no longer needed by the
Matrict :
NOW, TPEREFORE:, BE IT ????SOLVED BY WE BOARD OF DIRECMFiS
OF WE CARLSBAD NTNICTPAL WATER DTSTRTCT AS FOLLOTdS:
1. The following described real property, together with the
impMmements thereon, be sold to the highest acceptable bidder, sealed
bids to be accepted at any time prior to 2 o'clock P.M. on January 7,
"the Southeasterly sixty (60) feet of Lot 27 of
Seaside Lands in the City of Carlsbad, County of
San Diego, State of California, according to the
Map thereof, No. 1722, filed in the office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County, July 28, 1921.
EXCEPTIPG from said property, the Northeasterly 162.89 feet thereof. ff
2. That the acting Manager of the Carlsbad Municipal Water
District is hereby authorized to notify the realtors in the immediate
area that such property is for sale, and that sealed bids be accepted
in accordance with the foregoing requirements.
