RESOLUTION OF THE B0ARJ.I OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT ACCEPTING
CERTAIN RIGHT OF WAY FROM CALIFORNa HIGHWAY
CWISSION AND &REXING TO RECORDATION THEREOF.
WEREAS, CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WTER DISTRICT owns and operates
certain facilities within property of the State of Catifornia, Division
of Highways; and
WHEREAS, State of California has granted an eaaement to
Carlsbad Municipal Water District through its property.
NO, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that CARISBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT hereby accepts State of California Grant of Easement designated
as 11-SD-5-P.M.44.6 to 45.0 -- Right of Way 9274.6A, 6B, and agrees
to recordation thereof.
PASSED, &PROVED AM, ADOPTED this 5th day of Jan-=, 1965.
