A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A GRANT
OF RIGHT OF WAY TO THE SAN DIEGO GAS AND ELECTRIC
COMPANY.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board of
Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District that it would be to
the benefit of the District if a right of way were granted to the San Diego
Gas and Electric Company to enable said San Diego Gas and Electric
Company to provide service to a Carlsbad Municipal Water District
facility.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT does hereby determine and
resolve as follows:
RESOLVED, that the President and Secretary of the Carlsbad
Municipal Water District are hereby authorized to execute a grant of
right of way to the San Diego Gas and Electric Company as described
in Exhibit "A", which exhibit is attached to this resolution and made a

part hereof by reference, and agrees to recordation thereof.

That certain portion of Lot "C" in Rancho Agua Hedionda, awording to Nap thereof No. 823, filed in the office of the Recorder of said County of Sen Diego, described in a Deed recorded August 17, 1961 at Recorder's File/ Page No. 141468 of Official Records of said County of San Diego, .
The center line of oaid right of way in the aforesaid lands is particularly described as followo:
Commencing at Point 13 of Lot 'IBII of said hcho Agua Hedionda, said Point 13 bears North Oo 32' 00" West from Point 14 of said Lot "B'I; thence from
said Point 13, South 56" 47' 15'' East, 622.76 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING of the center line of right of way herein described; thence from
said TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, South 25" 31' 45'' West, 697.72 feet to a point hereinafter knam and designated as Point "A"; thence from said Point
