A RESOLUTION OF’ THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CABLSBAD MUNICIPAL MATER
DISTRICT REAPPOINTING DIRECTOR ALLAH 0. KELLY AS DISTRICT’S REPRESENTATIVE
TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the term of ALLAN 0. KELLY as District representative to
SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY has expired; and
WHEREAS, the BOARD OF DIRECTORS desires to consent to and approve
the reappointment of ALLAN 0. KELLY as District’s representative to SAN
DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY; and
WtIEREAS, ALwlLN 0. KELLY desires to serve as District representative
to SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY.
NOW, T”ORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The reappointment of AUAN 0. KELLY as CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT representative to the Board of Directors of SAN DIEGO COUNTY UATER
AUTHORITY be, and hereby is, consented to and approved.
2. The Secretary be, and hereby is, directed and authorized to
supply a copy of the Resolution to the Board of Directors of SAN DIEGO COUNTY
WATER AUTHORITY.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED !IBIS 18th DAY OF JUNE, 1966.
