RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 207
AND RELOCATING THE DIVISION BOUNDARIES OF THE DIRECTORS
OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has previously adopted Resolution
No. 207, and that the data contained therein was in error and insufficient for
the purpose for which it was adopted; and
WHEREAS, there have been changes in the population of the various
division boundaries since they were last set; and
WHEREAS, an investigation by the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad
Municipal Water District indicates that the estimated population within the
existing divisions of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District is unequal; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors is of the opinion that it is desirable
to relocate the existing boundaries of all divisions so as to equalize, as nearly
as practicable, the population in the respective divisions; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors deems it to the best interests of the r
Carlsbad Municipal Water District and the inhabitants thereof that said division
boundaries be relocated;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Resolution No. 207 is hereby rescinded.
2. That the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District
deems it desirable to relocate the boundaries of all divisions within the Carlsbad
Municipal Water District.
3. That the Board of Directors of Carlsbad Municipal Water District
hereby declares that the new boundaries of each division shall be the same as
the exterior boundaries of the voting precincts as established by the Registrar
of Voters of San Diego County for the voting precincts hereinafter set forth
for each division shall include all of the land and all of the inhabitants located
within each voting precinct as established by the Registrar of Voters of San
Diego County that is set forth under each division title, and that is located

3. The Secretary is authorized and directed to take any other
necessary steps to establish the official boundaries of the divisions as
hereinabove set forth. i- PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of
September , 1967.

the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the Board of Directors of said
District at a regular meeting of the said Board held on the 6th day of
September , 1967, and that it was adopted by the following vote:
