A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A GRANT OF RIGHT OF WAY
TO THE SAN DIEGO GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board of
Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District that it would be to the
benefit of the District if a right of way were granted to the San Diego Gas
and Electric Company to enable said San Diego Gas and Electric Company to
provide service to The University of California facility.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT does hereby determine and resolve as follows:
RESOLVED, that the President and Secretary of the Carlsbad Municipal
Water District are hereby authorized to execute a grant of right of way to the
San Diego Gas and Electric Company as described in Exhibit "A", which exhibit is
attached to this Resolution and made a part hereof by reference, and agrees to
recordation thereof.
