RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT AND
THE SECRETARY OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT TO SIGN FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP FOR LA COSTA SOUTH UNIT NO.l
WHEREAS, it has been requested by La Costa Land Company
that the Carlsbad Municipal Water District acknowledge on
a final subdivision map their ownership of certain ease-
ments in the lands being subdivided, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interest of
the District that this occur;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
That the President and the Secretary of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District are hereby directed and authorized to execute the signature page of the final subdivision map known as La Costa South Unit No.1 for the purpose of indicating the Carlsbad Municipal Water District's ownership in certain easements set forth therein.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED, this 1st day of May,
1968.
