RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PRESIDENT OF THE
PAL WATER DISTRICT TO EXECUTE REQUEST FOR
LICENSE FROM THE RESOURCES AGENCY, STATE
WATER RESOURCES CONTROL BOARD OF THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA
BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICI-
RESOLVED: That the President of the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District be authorized to execute request for license from the Resources Agency, State Water Resources Control Board of the State of Cali- fornia to accumulate and use run-off water in an unnamed canyon in San Diego County, the same being Application
No. 20499 for Permit No. 13842.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED, this Ist day of May,
1968.
