RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
RECOGNIZING AND COMMENDING THE EFFORTS
AND SERVICES OF JOHN T. PALMER TO
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, JOHN T. PALMER, served as a member and
officer of the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT for approximately four and one-half years
until his retirement in August, 1971; and
WHEREAS, JOHN T. PALMER has made many outstand-
ing contributions to CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT:
and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT desire to recognize and commend
the outstanding services of JOHN T. PALMER to CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT does hereby resolve as
follows:
1. The outstanding services, interest and
loyalty of JOHN T. PALMER to CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT are hereby recognized and commended.
2. The interest and outstanding services of
JOHN T. PALMER to CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT con-
tributed a material part in the development and success
Of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT.
