RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
RECOGNIZING AND COMMENDING THE EFFORTS
AND SERVICES OF JOSEPH LESTER.
WHEREAS, JOSEPH LESTER has served as a faithful
and diligent employee of SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY;
and
WHEREAS, JOSEPH LESTER, in carrying out his du-
ties for SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY, has materially
assisted CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT in supplying
water to the customers and inhabitants of CARLSBAD MUNICI-
PAL WATER DISTRICT; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT desire to recognize and commend
the outstanding services of JOSEPH LESTER.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of CARLS-
BAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The outstanding services, interest, loyalty
and diligent performance of duties of JOSEPH LESTER as an
employee of SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY are hereby
recognized and commended.
2. The interest and material assistance offered
by JOSEPH LESTER to CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, in
the performance of his duties as an employee of SAN DIEGO
COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY, are greatly appreciated by the
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 17th day of
May, 1972.

was duly adopted by the Board of Directors of said District
at a regular meeting of the said Board held on the 17th
day of May, 1972, and that it was adopted by the following
vote:
AYES : Maerkle, Carmichael, Engelmann,
and MacLeod.
NOES : None.
ABSENT: Kelly.
