A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT REAPPOINTING DIRECTOR ALLAN 0. KELLY AS DISTRICT'S REPRESENTATIVE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the term of ALLAN 0. KELLY as District representative
to SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY has expired; and
WHEREAS, the BOARD OF DIRECTORS desires to consent to and
approve the reappointment of ALLAll 0. KELLY as District's representative
to SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY; and
WHEREAS, ALLAN 0. KELLY desires to serve as District representative
to SAP4 DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The reappointment of ALLAN 0. KELLY as CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT representative to the Board of Directors of SAN DIEGO
COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY be, and hereby is, consented to and approved.
2. The Secretary be, and hereby is, directed and authorized to
supply a copy of the Resolution to the Board of Directors of SAN DIEGO
COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS 21st DAY OF JUNE, 1972.

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD
II’IUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT APPOINTING MR. ALLAN 0. KELLY AS ITS REPRESENTATIVE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN DIEGO COLIRTY WATER AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, FRED W. RAERKLE, the Chief Executive Officer of
CARLSBAD MLNICIPAL WATER LISTRICT, has designated and appointed
NR. ALLAN 0. KELLY to serve as its representative on the Board of
Directors of SAi4 DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY; and
WHEREAS, this Board of Directors desires to consent to and
approve sai d desi gnati on and appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that the designation
and appointment of Mr. Allan 0. Kelly as representative to the Board
of Directors of Sail Diego County Water Authority is hereby consented
to and approved.
