RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT SUPPORTING
SENATE BILL NO. 629
WHEREAS, Senator John Stull has introduced Senate
Bill No. 629 to the California Legislature; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT deems it to the best interests of the CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT and the inhabitants thereof, to support
said Senate Bill No. 629.
NOW THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT does hereby
support Senate Bill No. 629.
2. The CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT supports the
proposed amendments to the Joint Powers Agreement proposed by
said Senate Bill No. 629.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5th day of July, 1973.

said Board held on the 5th day of July 1973, and that it was a-
dopted by the following vote:
