RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
RECOGNIZING AND COMMENDING THE EFFORTS
AND SERVICES OF HENRY S. PHILLIPS TO
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, HENRY S. PHILLIPS served as a member of
the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
for approximately three years; and
WHEREAS, HENRY S. PHILLIPS has made many outstand-
ing contributions to CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT desire to recognize and commend
the outstanding services of HENRY S. PHILLIPS to CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The outstanding services, interest and
loyalty of HENRY S. PHILLIPS to CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT are hereby recognized and commended.
2. The interest and outstanding services of
HENRY S. PHILLIPS to CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT con-
tributed a material part in the development and success
of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of

and that it was adopted by the following vote:

MacLeod and Kelly.
