RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT RECOGNIZING AND COMMENDING THE EFFORTS OF CHRIS ENNERSON
WHEREAS, CHRIS ENNERSON has just been declared the winner
of the Kamar Environmental Scholarship; and
WHEREAS, the winning document prepared by CHRIS ENNERSON
was entitled "THE CARLSBAD WATER SYSTEM"; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT desires to recognize the research, insight and
understanding of CHRIS ENNERSON in developing an excellent and
comprehensive report for additional water storage facilities
in the area with the development of a regional park.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD MUNICI-
PAL WATER DISTRICT does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The outstanding efforts, research, insight and under-
standing of CHRIS ENNERSON in offering solutions for additional
water storage facilities with the development of a regional park
are recognized and commended.
2. The interest of CHRIS ENNERSON in developing a report
to combine additional water storage facilities with additional
ecological and recreational benefits for all of the inhabitants
of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT is greatly appreciated by
the CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT.
