RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ESTABLISHING ADDITIONAL PERSONNEL
POSITIONS AND IDENTIFYING DUTIES AND
EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT deems it to the best interests of CARLSBAD MUNI-
CIPAL WATER DISTRICT to establish additional personnel positions
to participate in the Public Service Employment Comprehensive
Employment Training Act of 1973.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD MUNI-
CIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
1. The following additional personnel positions for
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT are established:
(a) STENO-CLERK
(b) UTILITIES TECHNICIAN
(c) WATER METER READER TRAINEE
(d) WATER SYSTEMS OPERATOR TRAINEE
2. The job descriptions, duties, employment standards and
beginning salaries are set forth on the attached exhibits, incor-
porated herein by reference.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 15th day of January,
1975.

meeting of said Board held on the 15th day of January, 1975,
and that it was so adopted by the following vote:
