RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
APPROVING STANDARD PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR CONSTRUCTION MAINS WITHIN CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Ordinance 26 of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT provides, in part, as follows:
Section 2. The Manager of the District may make, from time to time, rules and regulations, not in conflict with this Ordinance or other
ordinances of the District, governing the use
and consumption of water, subject to the appro-
val of the Board, and all consumers shall
observe such rules and regulations to the same extent as though set forth in this Ordinance:
and
WHEREAS, the Manager has made and caused to be made,
written Standard Plans and Specifications for Construction of
Water Mains; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT did adopt Standard Plans and Specifications of
Water Mains by Resolution 297, adopted April 18, 1973; and
WHEREAS, the Manager has made and caused to be made,
revised and current written Standard Plans and Specifications
for Construction of Water Mains; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT desires to approve such rules and regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT does hereby resolve as follows:
1. Resolution No. 297 is rescinded.
2. The written rules and regulations, entitled,
"STANDARD PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF WATER MAINS, June, 1975",

are approved.
3. All consumers of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT shall observe such rules and
regulations as the same may be applicable
to any construction of water mains within
the CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 18th day of June,
1975.

adopted by the Board of Directors of said District at a regular
meeting of the said Board held on the 18th day of June, 1975,
and that it was adopted by the following vote:
AYES : MacLeod, Maerkle, Carmichael,
Engelmann and Kelly.
NOES : None.
ABSENT : None.
