RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF DISTRICT FUNDS BY
CERTAIN EMPLOYEES BY TELEPHONIC COMMUNICATIONS
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors deems it to the best in-
terest of the CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT to transfer ex-
cess funds of the CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, as soon as
possible, from the checking account of the District to the sav-
ings account of the District; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed expeditious to authorize certain
employees of the District to transfer said funds by telephonic
communications.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD MUNI-
CIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
1. CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, hereinafter called
the "District", authorizes WEST COAST NATIONAL BANK, Carlsbad
Branch, hereinafter called the "Bank", from time to time, to
transfer, in the judgment of the persons hereinafter authorized,
funds of the District from Checking Account 3301-02000 to Savings
Account 3398-000079, or vice versa. Said transfer of funds may
be affected by telephonic request of those persons so authorized
by this resolution.
2. Any one of the following names persons, as employees
of the District:
W. F. PRIDAY
WILDA SIMPSON
acting alone, be and they are hereby authorized and empowered
for and on behalf of the District to execute telephonic money
transfer requests as hereinbefore stipulated.

3. This resolution will continue in full force and ef-
fect until the Bank shall receive official notice in writing from
the District of the revocation thereof by a resolution duly
adopted by the Board of Directors of this District, and that the
certification of the Secretary of the District as to the authority
of the above named persons shall be binding on the District.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 17th day of March, 1976.

of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the
foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the Board of Directors
of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT at a regular meeting of said
Board held on the 17th day of March, 1976, and that it was so
adopted by the following vote:
AYES : Directors: Carmichael, Engelmann,
Kelly, MacLeod and Maerkle
NOES : Directors: None
ABSENT : Directors: None.
