RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ADOPTING CLASSIFICATION AND SALARY
SCHEDULE FOR EMPLOYEES FOR THE
1976-1977 FISCAL YEAR
WHEREAS, after discussion, the Board of Directors
of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT desires to adopt a clas-
sification title schedule and salary schedule for employees
for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1976 and ending June
30, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The classification title schedule, including the
maximum monthly salary for said classification for employees
of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, attached hereto as Exhi-
bit "A" and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby estab-
lished as the classification and maximum monthly salary for all
employees of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT for the fiscal
year commencing July 1, 1976 and ending June 30, 1977.
2. The classification and monthly salary of each of
the present employees of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT,
attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein by re-
ference, is hereby established as the classification and monthly
salary of all present employees of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1976 and ending
June 30, 1977.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 7th day of July,
1976.
