RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
APPROVING AN ENGINEERING STUDY OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
TEMPLIN HEIGHTS WATER SYSTEM,
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT authorized the District Engineer of CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT to prepare recommendations in reference
to a water feasibility study for the property known as "TEYPLIN
HEIGHTS", such name established by the tentative map on said pro-
perty filed with the City of Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, after careful investigation and study, the
District Engineer of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT submitted
a report entitled "ENGINEERING STUDY FOR TEMPLIN €!EIGHTS WATER
SYSTEM, CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT", dated July 1, 1976;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD YUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT have carefully reviewed and studied the said re-
port, all testimony and evidence, including the comments of the
developer of TEMPLIN HEIGHTS.
NOW, THEREFORB, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WALTER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOF7S:
1. The report of the District Engineer entitled,
"ENGINEERING STUDY FOR TEMPLIN HEIGHTS WATER SYSTEM, CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT", dated July 1, 1976, is hereby approved
and adopted.
2. Any of the off-site alternates in the said engin-
eering study, consisting of Alternate "A", Alternate "B" , and
Alternate I'C", as set forth in said study, may be used to provide

water for the on-site water system of TEMPLIN HEIGHTS.
3. The approval and adoption of this report is based
- upon the present facilities of the water system of CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT and upon the present demands for water
in this area from the existing water system of CARLSBAD MUNICI-
PAL WATER DISTRICT.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 21st day of July,
1976.

hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted
by the Board of Directors of said District at a regular meeting
of the said Board held on the 21st day of July, 1976, and that
it was adopted by the following vote:
