RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
RECOGNIZING AND COMMENDING THE EFFORTS
AND SERVICES OF WILLIAM D. CARMICHAEL
TO CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, WILLIAM D. CARMICHAEL served as a member of
the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT for
twelve years, covering the period of April 6, 1965 to April 6,
1977; and
WHEREAS, WILLIAM D. CARMICHAEL has made many out-
standing contributions to CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD MUNICI-
PAL WATER DISTRICT desires to recognize and commend the outstand-
ing services of WILLIAM D. CARMICHAEL to CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
I DISTRICT;

NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The outstanding services, interest
and loyalty of WILLIAM D. CARMICHAEL
to CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
are hereby recognized and commended.
2. The interest and outstanding services
of WILLIAM D. CARMICHAEL to CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT contributed
a material part in the development
and success of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 20th day of
April, 1977.
