RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 361
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT adopted Resolution No. 361 on June 15, 1977,
Fixing new Rates and Charges of Water Supplied by CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT to become effective July 1, 1977;
and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that said Resolution was
adopted before all the procedural aspects of the loeal
Guidelines of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT for pre-
paration of Environmental Impact Reports had been complied
with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD MUNI-
CIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. Resolution No. 361 of the Board of Directors of
CARLSBAD NUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, adopted June 15, 1977,
is hereby rescinded.
2. The current rates arid charges for water supplied by
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT shall be in accordance with
Resolution No. 335 of the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT adopted August 6, 1975, until said
resolution is rescinded.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 1st day of July, 1977.

CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the
Board of Directors of said District at an adjourned regular
meeting of the said Board held on the 1st day of July, 1977,
and that it was adopted by the following vote:
AYES : Directors: Engelmann, Kelly,
MacLeod, Maerkle and
Uhlinger .
NOES : Directors: None.
ABSENT : Directors: None.
