RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT ADOPTING CLASSIFICATION AND SALARY SCHEDULE FOR EMPLOYEES FOR THE 1977-1978 FISCAL YEAR
WHEREAS, after discussion, the Board of Directors of
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT desires to adopt a classifi-
cation title schedule and salary schedule for employees for
the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1977 and ending June 30,
1978.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The classification title schedule, including the
maximum monthly salary for said classification for employees
of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, attached hereto as Exhi- I_
bit "A" and incorporated by reference herein, is hereby estab-
lished as the classification and maximum monthly salary for all
employees of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT for the fiscal
year commencing July 1, 1977 and ending June 30, 1978.
2. The classification and monthly salary of each of
the present employees of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT,
attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein by re-
ference, is hereby established as the classification and monthly
salary of all present employees of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1977 and ending
June 30, 1978.
- ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 15th day of July,
1977.

Operators on first call for standby duty shall be paid $5.00 each night therefore and in addition to time and one-half if he is called for overtime.
