RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
REAPPOINTING DIRECTOR ALLAN 0. KELLY AS
ITS REPRESENTATIVE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the term of ALLAN 0. KELLY as District repre-
sentative to SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY has expired; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to consent to
and approve the reappointment of ALLAN 0. KELLY as District rep-
resentative to SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY; and
WHEREAS, ALLAN 0. KELLY desires to serve as District
representative to SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD MUNI-
CIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The reappointment of ALLAN 0. KELLY as CARLSBAD MUNI-
CIPAL WATER DISTRICT representative to the Board of Directors of
SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY be, and hereby is, consented to
and approved.
2. The Secretary be, and hereby is, directed and autho-
rized to supply a copy of the Resolution to the Board of Directors
of SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 21st day of June, 1978.

foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the Board of Directors
of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, at a regular meeting of
said Board of Directors on the 21st day of June, 1978, and that
it was adopted by the following vote:
