RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL 'WATER DISTRICT
ADOPTING CLASSIFICATION AND SALARY
SCHEDULE FOR EMPLOYEES FOR TEE
1978-1979 FISCAL YEAR
WHEREAS, after discussion, the Board of Directors of
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT desires to adopt a classifi-
cation title schedule and salary schedule for permanent full-
time employees for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1978 and
ending June 30, 1979.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The classification title schedule, including the
maximum monthly salary for said classification for permanent
full-time employees of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, at-
tached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated by reference
herein, is hereby established as the classification and maximum
monthly salary for all permanent full-time employees of CARLS-
BAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT for the fiscal year commencing
July 1, 1978 and ending June 30, 1979.
2.. The classification and monthly salary of each of
the present permanent full-time employees of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT, attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and incorporated
herein by reference, is hereby established as the classification
and monthly salary of all present permanent full-time employees
of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT for the fiscal year com-
mencing July 1, 1978 and ending June 30, 1979.

ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 15th day of Novem-
ber, 1978.

WATER DISTRICT and of the Board of Directors thereof, do hereby

Board of Directors of said District at a regular meeting of the
Board held on the 15th day of November, 1978, and that it was
adopted by the following vote:
