RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
SUPPORTING ADOPTION OF SB 141
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT are familiar with all of the circumstances involv-
ing the fact situation concerning the pending legislation involved
in SB 141; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT deems it to the best interests of the water pur-
veyors in San Diego County that SB 141 be adopted; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT deems it to the best interests of the inhabitants
of BUENO COLORADO MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT and SAN MARCOS COUNTY
WATER AUTHORITY that SB 141 be adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD MUNI-
CIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Board of Directors of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT supports the adoption of SB 141.
2. The Board of Directors of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT respectfully requests that members of the Legislature of
the State of California support the adoption of SB 141.

Board held on the 7th day of February, 1979, and that it was so
