RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 363 and RESOLUTION
NO. 367 FIXING THE RATES AND CHARGES OF
WATER SUPPLIED BY CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT adopted Resolution No. 380 on December 20, 1978
changing the rate on a monthly basis for all retail-agriculture
water delivered by CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, to become
effective January 1, 1979; and
WHEREAS, after due consideration of all factors involved
the Board of Directors of the CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
deems it expedient, proper, necessary and to the best interest
of the CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT to revise the agricul-
tural water rate for agricultural water delivered.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE EOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD MUNICI-
PAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The rate on a monthly basis for all retail-agricul-
tural water delivered by the District as set forth in Paragraph
2, Resolution No. 380, now reads as follows:
Retail-Agriculture $ 0.26 per 100 cubic feet or fraction thereof
2. The rate on a monthly basis for all retail-agricul-
tural water delivered by the District as set forth in Paragraph
2, Resolution 280, is amended to read as follows:
Re tail-Agriculture $ 0.25 per 100 cubic feet or fraction thereof
3. The rate on a monthly basis for all retail-agricul-
tural water as amended herein shall be effective Nunc Pro Tunc
as of January 1, 1979.

4. Any funds collected as a result of the retail-
agricultural water rate of $0.26 per 100 cubic feet set forth
in Resolution No. 380 in excess of $0.25 per 100 cubic feet
shall be reimbursed or credited to the account of the applicable
retail-agricultural water customer on the next water statement.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 21st day of March,
1979.
