RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
APPOINTING A MEMBER AND ALTERNATE MEMBER
TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAN DIEGO
REGION WATER RECLAMATION AGENCY, AND A
MEMBER AND ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE
MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE OF SAN DIEGO
REGION WATER RECLAMATION AGENCY.
WHEREAS, the CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT has
been accepted as a new member agency of SAN DIEGO REGION WATER
RECLAMATION AGENCY; and
WHEREAS, under the Joint Powers Agreement creating the
SAN DIEGO REGION WATER RECLAMATION AGENCY it is necessary for
the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT to
appoint a member and alternate member to the Board of Directors
and a member and alternate member to the Management Committee
of SAN DIEGO REGION WATER RECLAMATION AGENCY.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIMCTORS OF CARLSBAD MUNI-
CIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. MARGARET J. BONAS, a Director of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT, is hereby appointed as a member to the Board of
Directors of SAN DIEGO REGION WATER RECLAMATION AGENCY by the
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT.
2. ALLAN 0. KELLY, a Director of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT, is hereby appointed as an alternate member to
the Board of Directors of SAN DIEGO REGION WATER RECLAMATION
AGENCY by the CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT.
3. JACK Y. KUBOTA, Acting Manager and District Engineer
of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, is hereby appointed as a
member to the Management Committee of SAN DIEGO REGION WATER
RECLAMATION AGENCY by the CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT.
4. PAUL S. SWIRSKY, Legal Counsel of CARLSBAD MUNICI-
PAL WATER DISTRICT, is hereby appointed as an alternate member
to the Management Committee of SAN DIEGO REGION WATER RECLAMA-
TION AGENCY by the CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 18th day of April,
1979.
