A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT FIXING CHARGES FOR WATER SERVICE CONNECTIONS
WHEREAS, CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT has levied a
water service connection charge for many years; and
WHEREAS, the last change on water service connection
charges was by approval of the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD MUNIC-
IPAL WATER DISTRICT on October 2, 1974; and
WHEREAS, investigation has revealed an increased cost to
c CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT for supplying the meter and meter
installation,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CARLSBAD MUNIC-
IPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
1. The water service connection charge for the following
categories of service and meter size shall be as follows:
a. Permanent water service connection for:
Retail - Residential - Individual
Retail - Residential - Multiple
Retail - Residential - Condominiuim
Retail - Mobile Home Parks
Retail - Industrial Retail - Business
Retail - Special
Retail - Governmental Agency Facilities

2. The definitions of all categories of water service are
the same as the definitions set forth in Resolution No. 385, adopted
June 20, 1979 by the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER

individual basis by action of the Board of Directors of CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT.

1979, except the effective date of these charges for any existing
construction programs now securing water by temporary water connec-
tion with CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT shall be September 1,
1979.
