A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
SUPPORTING SCA 26
WHEREAS, General Obligation Bond Financing has been
historically the lowest cost method of fundinq public improve-
ments,. including water facilities for COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT; and
WHEREAS, Proposition 13 has prohibited such financing;
and
WHEREAS, SCA 26 will allow a two-thirds majority vote
of the voters within COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, or any
improvement district therein, to determine if they desire to
obligate themselves and their property for the support of a
General Obligation Bond for water facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT DC>ES HEREBY RESOLVE AND ORDER AS
FOLLOWS :
1. The Board of Directors of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT does hereby support passage of SCA 26.
2. The Board of Directors of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT encourages the inhabitants, voters and owners of
real property within the COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT to
support passage of SCA 26.
3. That copies of this resolution be distributed to
appropriate parties.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted
by the Board of Directors of said District at a regular meeting
of the said Board held on the 6th day of February, 1980, and that
it was adopted by the following vote:

MacLEOD and MAERKLE
