HomeMy WebLinkAbout1980-02-06; Municipal Water District; Resolution 397RESOLUTION NO. 397 i A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT AUTHORIZING COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT TO PARTICIPATE IN INTERAGENCY MUTUAL AID PROGRAM OF THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY WHEREAS, the COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT has adopted an Interagency Mutual Aid Program pursuant to Section 7.3 of its Administrative Code: and WHEREAS, it is desirable that COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, which is a member agency of the Water Authority, par- ticipate in said program; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Participation. The COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT hereby becomes a participant in the Interagency Mutual Aid Program as established by the San Diego County Water Authority. Section 2. Designation of Responsible Persons. The General Manager is hereby designated as the respon- sible person to seek or lend mutual aid pursuant to said program. The General Manager may from time to time delegate said respon- sibility to one or more employees as may be deemed appropriate. Section 3. Furnishing Information. The General Manager shall furnish or cause to be fur- nished to the San Diego County Water Authority information, from time to time, as to the resources which may be made available for emergency use under said program. -1- ..
