RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 384 AND APPOINTING
A MEMBER AND ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE
SAN DIEGO REGION WATER RECLAMATION AGENCY,
AND A MEMBER AND ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE OF
SAN DIEGO REGION WATER RECLAMATION AGENCY
BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT, formerly known as CARLSRAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT,
has previously adopted Resolution No. 384 on April 18, 1979, ap-
pointing a member and alternate member to the Board of Directors of
SAN DIEGO REGION WATER RECLAMATION AGENCY,

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of

WATER DISTRICT desires to change the appointments set forth in said
Resolution No. 384.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL MUNICI-
PAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. Resolution No. 384, dated April 18, 1979, is hereby re-
scinded.
2. MARGARET J. BONAS, a Director of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT, is hereby appointed as a member to the Board of
Directors of SAN DIEGO REGION WATER RECLAMATION AGENCY by the COSTA -
REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT.
3. ALLAN 0. KELLY, a Director of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT, is hereby appointed as an alternate member to the Board of

REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT. -
4. WILLIAM MEADOWS, General Manager of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT, is hereby appointed as a member to the Management
Committee of SAN DIEGO REGION WATER RECLAMATION AGENCY by COSTA REAL
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT.
5. JACK Y. IWBOTA, District Engineer of COSTA REAL MUNICI-
PAL WATER DISTRICT, is hereby appointed as an alternate member to
the Management Committee of SAN DIEGO REGION WATER RECLAMATION
AGENCY by the COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of April, 1980.
