RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA PSAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
RECOGNIZING AND COMMENDING THE EFFORTS AND
SERVICES OF HAROLD M. ENGELMANN TO
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, HAROLD M. ENGELMANN served as a member of the
Board of Directors of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT (formerly
known as CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT) for nine years covering
the period of August 18, 1971 to August 21, 1980; and
WHEREAS, HAROLD M. ENGELMANN has made many outstanding con-
tributions to COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT desires to recognize and commend the outstanding ser-
vices of HAROLD M. ENGELMANN to COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT:
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL MUNIC-
IPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The outstanding services, interest and loyalty
of HAROLD M. ENGELMANN to COSTA REAL MlJNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT are hereby recognized and com-
mended.
2. The interest and outstanding services of
HAROLD M. ENGELMANN to COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT contributed a material part in
the development and success of COSTA REAL MU-
NICIPAL WATER DISTRICT.
