RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
SERVICES OF JOHN P. HENLEY TO
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
RECOGNIZING AND COMMENDING THE OUTSTANDING
WHEREAS, JOHN P. HENLEY served as an employee of the COSTA
REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT (formerly known as CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT) for approximately nineteen years covering the period
of August 15, 1961 to January 8, 1980; and
WHEREAS, during his period of service, JOHN P. HENLEY has
diligently and faithfully performed his services and advanced from
a water works operator trainee to Acting General Manager, and dur-
ing his period of employment, occupied the additional positions of
Water Works Operator, General Foreman, General Superintendent and
Assistant Manager; and
WHEREAS, JOHN P. HENLEY has materially contributed to the
development of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT as an efficient
and successful municipal water district;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL MUNIC-
IPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The outstanding services, loyalty, integrity
and direction of JOHN P. HENLEY in his vari-
ous positions with COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT have materially contributed to the
development of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DIS-

TRICT, offering to its customers and inhabi-
tants of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
excellent and economical water service.
2. The outstanding services, interest and ability
of JOHN P. HENLEY as an employee of COSTA REAL
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT have established COSTA
REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT as an efficient
and successful municipal water district.
3. The outstanding services, interest, loyalty,
integrity, ability and direction of JOHN P.
HENLEY in the development and operation of
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT are hereby
recognized and commended.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 1st day of October, 1980.
