RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ADOPTING WATER CONSERVATION STUDY
FOR COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the San Diego County Water Authority has prepared
a Water Conservation Study for the COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DIS-
TRICT under the Water Conservation Element of the Areawide Water
Quality Management Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Roard of Directors of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT deems it to the best interests of COSTA REAL MUNI-
CIPAL WATER DISTRICT and the inhabitants thereof to adopt said
Water Conservation Study,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL MUNIC-
IPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Water Conservation Study for the COSTA REAL MUNIC-
IPAL WATER DISTRICT, dated March, 1981, designating recommended
measures and participation in a coordinated regional conservation
program is approved and adopted.
2. The General Manager of COSTA REAL XUNICIPAL WATER DIS-
TRICT is authorized and directed to implement the water conservation
measures included in the Water Conservation Study as COSTA REAL
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT'S part in the regional conservation effort.

I, FRED W. MAERKLE, Secretary of the COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT and of the Board of Directors thereof, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the Board
of Directors of said District at an adjourned regular meeting of the
Board held on the 27th day of May, 1981, and that it was adopted by
the following vote:
AYES: Directors: BONAS, KELLY, MAERKLE,
SMITH and MacLEOD
NOES: Directors : None
ABSENT: Directors: None
