RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
REQUESTING SAN DIEGO COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
TO APPOINT MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, for the 1982 COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
General District Election, there were three vacancies for members of
the Board of Directors of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT in
Divisions I, I1 and V; and
WHEREAS, Registrar of Voters of San Diego County conducted
the necessary procedure for declaring the procedure for nomination
of candidates; and
WHEREAS, on the 74th day prior to the day fixed for the
7 General District Election, nominations for each office of Director
to be filled at the said election had been filed, as follows: I
DIVISION I - ANTHONY J. SKOTNICKI
NORMAN MacLEOD ALMACK
DIVISION I1 - MARGARET J. BONAS
DIVISION V - ALLAN 0. KELLY
and
WHEREAS, only one person had been nominated for the office
of Director in DIVISION I1 and DIVISION V; and
WHEREAS, due to an insufficient number of candidates, there
will not be an election in DIVISION I1 and DIVISION V; and

I WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL
, WATER DISTRICT, in accordance with Section 71510, Water Code of the

State of California, would like to request that the Board of Super-
visors of San Diego County appoint the one person who was nominated
for office of Director of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT for
DIVISION I1 and DIVISION V of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT. 7
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL MUNIC-
IPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. On the 74th day prior to the day fixed for the COSTA
REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT General District Election of 1982,
only one person has been nominated for each office of Director of
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT to be filled at that election
in the following Divisions:
DIVISION I1 - MARGARET J. BONAS
DIVISION V - ALLAN 0. KELLY
- 2. In accordance with Section 71510, Water Code of the

State of California, the Board of Directors of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT requests the Board of Supervisors of San Diego
County to appoint the following persons as Directors of COSTA REAL
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT for the following Divisions:
DIVISION I1 - MARGARET J. BONAS
DIVISION V - ALLAN 0. KELLY
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 18th day of May, 1982.

I, FRED W. MAERKLE, Secretary of the COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT and of the Board of Directors thereof, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the Board
of Directors of said District at an adjourned regular meeting of the
Board held on the 18th day of May, 1982, and that it was adopted by
the following vote:
AYES: Directors: ALMACK, BOMAS, KELLY,
MacLEOD and ElAERKLE
NOES : Directors: None
ABSENT: Directors: None
