RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
FIXING RATES AND CHARGES OF WATER SUPPLIED BY
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1982
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors and members of the staff
of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT have carefully investigated
the rising costs of water and charges connected with delivery of
water to and by COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT and have deter-
mined that a revision of the charges for water delivered is neces-
sary; and
WHEREAS, by motion unanimously adopted by the Board of
Directors of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL P7ATER DISTRICT at a regular meet-
ing of the Board of Directors of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
on July 7, 1982, the said Board of Directors adopted the following
rates and effective dates; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT desires to place such action in a formal resolution
form.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL MUNI-
CIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

1. Paragraph 3 of Resolution No. 385 of the Board of Di-
rectors of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, adopted on June 20,

1979, is amended to read as follows:

3. The rates on monthly basis charged for all
water delivered by the District shall be as fol-
lows:
Retail - Residential-
Individual
Retail - Residential-
Multiple
Retail - Residential-
Condominium
Retail - Mobile Home
Retail - Special
Parks

The effective date of the rates set forth herein shall become effec-

The effective date for all Retail-Individual
accounts whose next meter reading closing
date is July 15, 1982 shall be July 15, 1982.
The effective date for all Retail-Individual
accounts whose next meter reading closing
date is August 15, 1982 shall he August 15,
1982. I
