RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
DESIGNATING A DISTRICT OFFICER TO HANDLE
STATE WATER RESOURCES CONTROL BOARD,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA - RESOURCES AGENCY
ALL MATTERS CONNECTED WITH DIVISION OF WATER RIGHTS,
WHEREAS, COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT (formerly
known as CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT) has a license with the
DIVISION OF WATER RIGHTS, STATE WATER RESOURCES CONTROL BOARD, STATE
OF CALIFORNIA - RESOURCES AGENCY, under License No. 8751; and
- WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL

WATER DISTRICT would like to establish a designated District officer
to handle all matters connected with said license for and on behalf
of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL MUNI-
CIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
1. WILLIAM C. MEADOWS, General Manager, COSTA REAL MUNIC-
IPAL WATER DISTRICT is hereby designated as the officer of COSTA REAL
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT to handle all matters connected with License
No. 8751, DIVISION OF WATER RIGHTS, STATE WATER RESOURCES CONTROL
c BOARD, STATE OF CALIFORNIA - RESOURCES AGENCY, for and on behalf of
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT.
2. The said DIVISION OF WATER RIGHTS is authorized to act

upon this resolution until written notice of its revocation is deli-
vered to the said DIVISION OF WATER RIGHTS.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5th day of January, 1983.
