A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 387 FIXING CHARGES FOR WATER SERVICE CONNECTIONS
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT (formerly known as CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT)
adopted Resolution No. 387 on August 1, 1979, fixing charges for
water service connections: and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors deems it to be in the best
interests of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT to adjust the
charges and to clarify the definition of water service connection
as set forth in said Resolution No. 387,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
1. The water service connection charge is hereby identified
as the charge for the meter installation for water service and shall
hereinafter be known as "meter installation charge".
2. The water service connection charge for type of use and
size of meter as set forth in Resolution No. 387 is revoked in its
entirety and the following is substituted in its place, in like manner
as if the same had been originally incorporated therein.
1. The meter installation charge for the following
categories of service and meter size shall be as
follows:

2. The definitions of all categories of water service are
the same as the definitions set forth in Resolution No. 385, adopted
June 20, 1979 by the Board of Directors of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT.
3. The effective date of these charges shall be August 1,
1983.
