RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
RELOCATING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
FIVE DIVISIONS FOR DIRECTORS OF
WHEREAS, Section 71540 of Water Code of State of California
provides, in part, that whenever a sufficient change in the popula-
tion occurs in a district after its organization, which makes it de-
sirable, in the opinion of the Board, to relocate the boundary or
boundaries of any division or divisions, the Board shall, by resolu-
tion, relocate the boundary lines of the division or divisions, so
as to equalize, as nearly as may be practicable, the population in
the respective divisions; and
WHEREAS, the District has carefully reviewed the existing r-
population of the Costa Real Municipal Water District: and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the Board of Directors of
Costa Real Municipal Water District that it is desirable to relocate
the boundary lines of the five divisions within the District to
equalize, as nearly as practicable, the population in the respective
divisions.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL MUNICI-
PAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
- 1. The new boundaries of the five divisions for directors
of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT are hereby established ac-
cording to the boundary lines set forth in Exhibit "A" attached

hereto and incorporated by reference.
2. The Secretary of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT is
hereby authorized and directed to furnish copies of this resolution

and maps indicating the boundaries of the five divisions to the
Registrar of Voters, San Diego County.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of January, 1984.

held on the 18th day of January, 1984, and that it was adopted by the
