RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT RECOGNIZING AND COMMENDING THE OUTSTANDING SERVICES OF
HANS H. DOE
TO WATER PROBLEMS OF SAN DIEGO COUNTY AND SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, HANS DOE, also known as "MR. WATER", since 1951 has
been active in water problems in the State of California and partic-
ularly in San Diego County and Southern California: and
WHEREAS, through the continuing efforts of HANS DOE, the
people of San Diego County have a more adequate supply of water: and
WHEREAS, in performing his functions in water development in
v California, HANS DOE has participated in many organizations, a few
of which are as follows:

WHEREAS, the inhabitants of San Diego County owe a debt of
gratitude to HANS DOE for his loyal devotion and outstanding servi-

ces in contributing to the development of water in San Diego County:

NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL MUNICI-
PAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
1. The outstanding services, loyalty, integrity and contin-
uing interest of HANS DOE in the development of water for the State
of California, and particularly San Diego County and Southern Cali-
fornia, have materially contributed to offering to the inhabitants
of the area involved a better water supply and water distribution
system.
2. The outstanding services of HANS DOE for approximately
thirty-three (33) years in participating in water problems has dem-
onstrated his devotion to the cause in developing a better water
supply and water distribution system for the inhabitants of San
Diego County and Southern California.
3. The outstanding services of HANS DOE to all of the inhab-
itants of San Diego County and Southern California are hereby rec-
ognized and commended.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, 1984.
