RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
REAPPOINTING FRED W. MAERKLE AS ITS
REPRESENTATIVE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the term of FRED W. MAERKLE as District representa-
tive to SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY has expired: and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to consent to and ap-
prove the reappointment of FRED W. MAERKLE as District representative
to SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTORITY; and
WHEREAS, FRED W. MAERKLE desires to serve as representative
to SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL MUNICI-
PAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The reappointment of FRED W. MAERKLE as representative
of COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT to the Board of Directors of
SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY by the President of COSTA REAL MU-
NICIPAL WATER DISTRICT and of the Board of Directors thereof be and
hereby is consented to and approved.
2. The Secretary be and hereby is directed and authorized
- to supply a copy of this Resolution to the Board of Directors of

SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 1984.

WATER DISTRICT and of the Board of Directors thereof, do hereby

held on the 6th day of June, 1984, and that it was adopted by the
