RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
TO REJOIN SAN DIEGO REGION WATER RECLAMATION AGENCY
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors finds that membership in
the San Diego Region Water Reclamation Agency will assist the
District in furthering its purposes and exercise of its
powers; and
WHEREAS, the President of the Board of Directors has
recommended that the District rejoin the San Diego Region
Water Reclamation Agency,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COSTA REAL
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY DETERMINE AND RESOLVE:
1. The Costa Real Municipal Water District shall join
the San Diego Region Water Reclamation Agency and pay the
necessary dues for that purpose.
2. Director Haasl will be the District representative
on the San Diego Region Water Reclamation Agency board, with
Director Almack the alternate.
3. The General Manager is authorized to expend $1500.00
to obtain District membership.

regular meeting of the Board held on the 21st day of August, 1985, and that it was adopted by the following vote:
