A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COSTA REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ADDING A JOB CLASSIFICATION TO
THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has determined that
it is necessary to create a new job classification within
the Administrative Code of Costa Real Municipal Water District
in order to provide for an Engineering Clerk 111; and
WHEREAS, it is also in the interest of the District
to reclassify an Account Clerk position; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend Article 3, Section
3.1, Article 4, Section 4.4 and related provisions in accordance
with Exhibit 1, attached;
7 NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA
REAL MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY DETERMINE AND
RESOLVE that the Administrative Code is hereby amended
as described in Exhibit 1.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 18th day of September,
1985.
